学生フィルムのオーディションですと、たいていの場合は構内施設で行われる為、毎回それぞれの学校の雰囲気が味わえて、ちょっとした観光を楽しむ事もできます。今回呼んでいただいたオーディションはUCLAの学生のプロジェクトだったのですが、一時は迷子になりながらも、とてつもなく広大な敷地を縦断してまいりました。
The auditions of student films are usually held in faculties of schools, so I can enjoy the mood of each school. I went to UCLA to audition on the other day, and I was about to lose my way on the huge campus!
I was invited to the screening of the movie whose shoot I participated in as a production assistant, so I could go inside the Warner Bros. Studio. I really got excited to see the backlot of the famous studio.
昨秋プロダクションアシスタントとして撮影を参加させていただいた映画作品の試写会に招待され、なんとあの有名なワーナーブラザースの撮影スタジオ内部へと潜入してまいりました。私のような一般人が普段易々と通過する事が極めて困難な厳重なセキュリティを越えて、世界でも有数の大手映画スタジオの裏側を覘いてまいりました！
幸いにも先日挑んだオーディションに合格しておりましたので、本日は早速ハリウッド北側に位置するバーバンクまで撮影に行ってまいりました。今回はスタジオでの撮影や特殊メイクなど私にとって初めての事が多く、貴重な経験を通じて実に様々な事を学ばせていただきました。
Successfully, I won the audition which I went on the other day. I participated in the film shoot and studied various things through what I’d never experienced until then.

I went on an audition held in Hollywood on the day before the 74th Golden Globes Awards, which was attracting people’s attention all over the U.S. I’m going to talk about the dilemma which dreamers feel between dreams and reality.
全米が注目するゴールデングローブ賞の発表を間近に控え、こちらロサンゼルスでも栄えある受賞を果たす作品の予想で話題がさらわれていました最中、幸いにもオーディションの機会をいただきましたので、授賞式の会場ともなるハリウッドまで新年明けて初めてとなるオーディションに挑戦してまいりました。そして、夢を追う者が必ず抱える夢と現実の狭間での葛藤について描いたあの映画をついに。
I participated in the shoot of “Mr.Lopez”, which is a short film directed by Chenlin Qian.
It was shoot in a small chapel in a cemetery. The entire structure was so different from Japanese ones that I felt the cultural difference between the U.S. and Japan.
本日は先日のオーディションにてありがたくも選定された短編フィルム、「Mr. Lopez」 (Chenlin Qian監督）に撮影に参加してまいりました。
I appeared in two student films on Sunday and Tuesday this week. The both were shot on Canon C300, and the footage looked pretty amazing!
